The SUKITS Project

The SUKITS project is targeted at the a posteriori integration of existing CIM applications into an integrated CIM system. Our institute is especially concerned with the with the investigation and prototypical implementation of the administrative component in the CIM manager. This component facilitates the integration of the seperate applications (product management, process management, management of abstract and concrete ressources). The schema description of the integrated CIM system as well as the individual CIM documents in a running integrated system are stored and kept consistent in the CIM manager.
