1. Take the ICE train from Frankfurt Airport Station to Siegburg (duration 37 min).
2. Take the tram STR 66 to Bad Honnef "Am Spitzenbach" (duration 57 min).
3. The station is in walking distance (400 m): Bridge over highway and left-of-way, cross the public garden to the Physikzentrum.

Coming from Köln-Bonn Airport

• Either take a taxi to the Physikzentrum (38 km, fare about Euro 40),
• or take the train from the airport station to Bad Honnef (going hourly at hh:50, platform 4).

Coming from Bonn Hbf

(18 km from Bad Honnef)

• Either take a taxi from the front of the railway station to the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef (distance 18 km, fare about Euro 25),
• or take the tram STR 66 (Underground station - Platform 4: "Bad Honnef üb. Regierungsviertel") to Bad Honnef "Am Spitzenbach".
  Attention: every second train goes only to "Röndorf". Just wait for the next train going to "Am Spitzenbach". The train ticket is still valid. Alternatively, from Röndorf you can take a taxi (distance 1.5 km) or take the bus 566. The train ticket is also valid for the bus. Get off the bus at the 3rd stop "Messbeuel" in front of the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef.
  The station "Am Spitzenbach" is in walking distance (400 m): Bridge over highway and left-of-way, cross the public garden to the Physikzentrum.

Coming by train

• From the north: possibility to get off the train at Köln for direct connection to Bad Honnef.
• From the south: (for Frankfurt see first section) possibility to get off the train at Koblenz for direct connection to Bad Honnef, duration ~ 45 min.

Leave the train at Bad Honnef Hbf. Take a taxi (distance 2.5 km) to the Physikzentrum. Phone for taxis: +49 (0)2224-2121 or -2222.

Coming by car

• From the north: motorway A3 to "Autobahn-Dreieck Heumar" then motorway A59 direction "Bonn/Köln Airport" or "Bonn/Königswinter". A59 continued as B42 to Bad Honnef, exit "Rhöndorf". Follow the "Rhöndorfer Straße" to "Hauptstraße", after 2 km you will see a nice estate on the left side.
  Attention: radar speed control -max. 50 km/h- in Rhöndorf.
• From the south: motorway A3 Frankfurt-Köln exit "Bad Honnef/Linz". After about 10 km in the forest turn to the right at the first intersection with traffic lights and follow the valley down to Bad Honnef.
  Attention: radar speed control -max. 60 km/h- before entering Bad Honnef.
  Cross the city in northern direction and find 'Hauptstraße 5' on the right side.
