In software engineering, management of the software development process plays a central role. This lecture gives an introduction into the management of software development processes. In particular, it covers the following disciplines: project management, software configuration management, software process modeling, workflow management, and process improvement.Prerequisites:This lecture addresses students in the main study phase. It is assumed that students are familiar with programming, but knowledge of software engineering is not required.Dates:weekly until 28.07.04, but not on 02.06. and 14.07.Literature:
